A kitchen grows richer with every dependable recipe we add to it; today, that recipe is Roasted Tomato, Zaatar, and Burrata Sandwich. I like to let a main dish take center stage and keep everything around it relaxed. Recipes like this carry the warmth and generosity I associate with a Middle Eastern kitchen. Keep this one close for the days when time is short but a good meal still matters.
