I have cooked enough family dinners to recognize a recipe people will ask for again, and Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers has that quality. This is a satisfying dish to keep in mind whenever dinner deserves a little more attention. This is one to make, share, and tuck safely into the recipe box for another day.
Ingredients
- 750 g chicken breast (cubed)
- Vegetable oil
- 1 tbs. Garlic powder
- 1 tbs. Paprika
- 1 tbs. Poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 tbs. Onion powder
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbs. Butter
- 2 tbs. Garlic
- 2 tbs. Parsley
Instructions
- These chicken skewers are so juicy and buttery they just melt in your mouth. Serve them with cubed Italian bread to soak up all the juices and next to some yogurt, best of all you don’t have to turn on the grill! They’re made in the oven and so easy to prepare.
- Add all the ingredients to the cubed chicken and mix well let marinate for 15 minutes on the counter before skewering.
- Place the skewers on a parchment lined baking tray.
- Prepare the garlic sauce by cooking the garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter on low heat enough to take the bite of the garlic about 2 minutes. Make sure not to burn the garlic, turn off the heat add 2 tablespoons of parsley and stir.
- Heat the oven to 400 F. Conventional.
- Cook the chicken for 10 minutes on one side, turn the skewers and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Take out of the oven brush with the garlic sauce, place again in the oven for 2 more minutes and enjoy.
