I find the most memorable food is often the food made to be shared, and Tear Apart Farmers Salad fits that spirit beautifully. A generous salad is one of my favorite ways to let seasonal ingredients do the talking. Keep this one close for the days when time is short but a good meal still matters.
Ingredients
Instructions
- It’s a no recipe kind of recipe. I like to use old bread and tear it, wet it with some water just to soften it, I like to sprinkle with my hands you can use a spray bottle if you like, drizzle with some olive oil. Preheat oven to 400 F. And toast the bread until golden turning the pieces at least once.
- Swirl some basil oil at the bottom of a plate add the pieces of bread, tear some burrata (I like to use burrata because it’s so creamy).
- Add tomatoes, you can cherry tomatoes I simply didn’t have any! A mix Alf sliced olives some fresh basil and drizzle with more basil oil. I like to finish with everything bagel seasoning, that’s why I didn’t use any salt but you can use what ever you want. Make it your own, enjoy.
