Tear Apart Farmers Salad

Tear Apart Farmers Salad

I find the most memorable food is often the food made to be shared, and Tear Apart Farmers Salad fits that spirit beautifully. A generous salad is one of my favorite ways to let seasonal ingredients do the talking. Keep this one close for the days when time is short but a good meal still matters.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. It’s a no recipe kind of recipe. I like to use old bread and tear it, wet it with some water just to soften it, I like to sprinkle with my hands you can use a spray bottle if you like, drizzle with some olive oil. Preheat oven to 400 F. And toast the bread until golden turning the pieces at least once.
  2. Swirl some basil oil at the bottom of a plate add the pieces of bread, tear some burrata (I like to use burrata because it’s so creamy).
  3. Add tomatoes, you can cherry tomatoes I simply didn’t have any! A mix Alf sliced olives some fresh basil and drizzle with more basil oil. I like to finish with everything bagel seasoning, that’s why I didn’t use any salt but you can use what ever you want. Make it your own, enjoy.
