Ingredients
- 2 tbs. Oyster sauce
- 2 tbs. Chili oil
- 1 tbs. Honey
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- 3 tbs. Unsalted butter
- 10 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 lb. Peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tbs. Water
- 3 green onions chopped
- A handful of cilantro roughly chopped
- Sliced jalapeño (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the sauce and set aside.
- In a pan melt 3 tablespoons of butter, add 10 cloves of garlic and sauté until fragrant about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp sauté for 30 seconds add the sauce and 1 tablespoon of water cook for 2 minutes.
- Top with 3 green onions and cilantro and serve next to white rice.
