Pull Apart Cheesy Baguette

Pull Apart Cheesy Baguette

If you’re ever at a loss for what to make as a starter, or your friends decide to come over and you only have 15 minutes to spare, try making this pull apart bread. I decided to use a baguette (simply because I love baguettes), but you can use any bread you like. With simple ingredients, you can have a fabulous appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter (8 tbsp) room temperature
  • 10 sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1/2 cup pitted green or black olives
  • 1 spring rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F, grab a baguette and cut slits in it crisscross diagonally making diamond shape. In a food processor add the sun dried tomatoes, olives, rosemary and pulse. Add 2 cloves of garlic and pulse again. In a bowl add the mixture to the room temperature butter and stir together until you have a spread. Start pushing the spread between all the slits of the baguette, you will need to use your fingers, make to really get every corner and then go on with as much cheese your baguette can handle without ripping the base. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the baguette and bake for 10 minutes or until your cheese is melted and a bit golden.
  2. Enjoy by pulling a piece and getting a bite of this cheesy mixture. Super Yum.
  3. My husband could not stop eating ☺️.

Notes

  • You can make this ahead of time wrap the loaf with saran wrap and bake it when your friends arrive.
