If you remember a few reels back, I shared a peri peri feta dipping sauce for cauliflower steaks. So I decided to use this sauce on pasta with a few adjustments, and my oh my, the results were amazing 🤩. Tangy, spicy, and creamy all at once, this is comfort food at its best, so yummy, and it comes together within 15 minutes. You’ll notice I haven’t used salt, because there’s already enough from the feta and pasta water. I hope you get to try and share this recipe.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce feta cheese
- 1/3 cup peri peri sauce
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 12 ounce pasta ( I used tubular you can use any kind )
- 10 cloves garlic sliced + 1/4 cup olive oil

- Serve with a spring of basil and enjoy.
