
Are you feeling fancy tonight? Make some lobster rolls 🦞 They couldn’t be easier or simpler, plus you get restaurant quality and then some, without the price tag. Makes 4.
Ingredients
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 lb. Lobster tails
- Chives minced
- Italian parsley minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbs. Butter + 2 more
- Juice from one lemon
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Steam 1 pound of lobster tails in a steam basket for 5 minutes exactly, remove and let cool before cutting the shell and taking out the tails. Cut the lobster in chunks and reserve on the side.
- Cut along the side of the rolls and toast in butter save on the side.
- In a pan melt the butter sauté 3 cloves of garlic then add the parsley and chives and zest of 1/2 lemon and the juice of one lemon cook for 20 seconds then add the lobster meat give it a stir add 2 more tbs. butter let melt and you have a beautiful silky sauce.
- Spoon inside your toasted rolls next to fries and garnish with extra chives enjoy.
Notes
- No need to use salt as the frozen lobster is already salted.
