Can I just say, finger licking good. These wings are full of flavor and so juicy, you just might end up making them a lot this summer, especially on the hot days when you don’t feel like firing up the grill.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. (1 kilo) chicken party wings
- 1/2 cup mustard (yellow, honey, Dijon or stone ground) I used a mix of 3
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Turmeric
- Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the chicken wings and pat dry. I like to place my chicken overnight in the fridge uncovered, it will develop a better crust once baked.
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together until smooth. This will be your dipping sauce also!
- Use only quarter of the sauce to coat the chicken very well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper,.
- Place the chicken wings in a single layer not crowding.
- Bake on the bottom shelf for 20 minutes, flip the wings and move the tray to top shelf, continue baking for another 10 minutes until you have a golden color. Enjoy.
