
Who doesn’t love pancakes on a Sunday morning, or any day for that matter ☺️ These pancakes are the fluffiest you’ll ever make, with fresh strawberries right in the batter. Of course, you can’t go wrong.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbs. Sugar
- 1 tbs. Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbs. Melted butter
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tsp. Vanilla paste
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Strawberry butter
- 10 tbs. Sweet butter
- 3 tbs. Homemade Strawberry sauce (refer to my reel)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla paste
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, in another bowl whisk 1 1/4 cups of milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla paste. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients whisk until you get a batter consistency. Stir in the strawberries and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Brush a nonstick skillet with melted butter and scoop 1/4 cup of the batter cook on medium heat once you see bubbles forming you know it’s ready to flip the pancake, it should be very quick to cook on the other side.
- You either keep the pancakes warm in the oven or serve right away with strawberry butter, maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar with fresh strawberries on the side enjoy.
