I have learned to trust recipes that feel at home on both a weekday table and a table full of guests; Coconut Curry Chicken Gyoza has that ease. This is the kind of centerpiece that makes dinner feel complete without needing a crowded menu. Keep this recipe nearby; the good ones have a habit of being requested again.
