Brioche French Toast

Brioche French Toast

Is there anything tastier than warm French toast on a Sunday morning, filled with blueberries, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and drizzled with warm maple syrup ☺️? What makes it even better is that it’s brioche. It’s such an easy recipe, you can throw it together in less than 15 minutes. I hope you get to try it and enjoy 😉

  • 10 ounce brioche slice bread (1/2 pack)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbs butter

  4. Add the custard to the baking dish making sure to cover all the bread, add 1 cup of blueberries to the top ( I like to push them down with my hand ).
