- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 3 tbs powder sugar
- Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries
- 1- heat the oven to 325 F
- 2- using the eggs, oil and water make the brownies according to package
Instructions
- 3- Line a 14 inch pizza pan with parchment paper, spread the brownie batter into a 1/4 inch thickness and dot with the berry preserve. Swirl the preserve gently into the batter using a spoon.
- 4- bake at the bottom shelf for 25 minutes, turn off the oven and leave it for an extra 5 minutes. Take out and let cool on a wire rack.
- 5- in a bowl whip 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 tbs powder sugar until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of vanilla with the extra 2 tbsp powder sugar until creamy. Fold the cream cheese and whipping cream together.
