Back home in the Middle East we make this kind of lemonade all the time and serve it to our guests, especially on hot summer days. It couldn’t be more refreshing. I like to squeeze the lemon and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. You’ll get a much slushier drink this way, and the mint leaves keep their color much longer. Plus, you’ll have lemon juice on hand anytime you need it for cooking. 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋
