I came across this recipe Kürbis Berliner gefüllt mit Pudding 🇩🇪 which translates to Pumpkin Berlin filled with pudding 🇺🇸. I had to try it, it looked absolutely beautiful and used simple ingredients that every household would have. It’s basically pumpkin shaped fried dough drenched in sugar and filled with vanilla pudding. I gave it an 8/10, the reason being it’s a bit doughy in the center. But I have to say, when I tried it the second day it was perfect. I’d absolutely urge you to try this recipe, like any fried dough you’ll find it’s a bit dense, so if you like that texture, definitely go for it. Plus, it’s pretty impressive and not too sweet, which I love.
