Some days call for a recipe with a little spirit, and Three-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse rises to the occasion beautifully. A dessert like this is exactly why I always save room for something sweet. It is especially handy for days when I want something straightforward without settling for dull.
Ingredients
- 1 kg. Pear and apple peeled, cored and cubed
- 500 g. Chocolate, dark and milk
Instructions
- Place the cut up fruits in a pot cover and let cook on low until fork tender. In the meantime break your chocolate and place in a heat proof bowl. Once the fruit is almost tender uncover, place the bowl on top so the chocolate can melt while the fruit finish cooking. You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments.
- Place the fruits with chocolate in the blender and blend until smooth, pour in serving bowls and let cool inside the fridge overnight.
- Decorate with anything you like, I used dried oranges, chocolate and orange co so well together. Enjoy.
